Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant

Presidiohealth is looking for a dynamic, self motivated person to manage our San Francisco office and help us grow into the next phase. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building a fast growing, software startup within the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage HR activities
    • Payroll / benefits / vacation, etc.

  • Assist in finance

    • Pay and submit invoices

    • Interface to external book keeping company

  • Help with other administrative tasks

  • Assist resolving select customer issues.

  • Assist management in administrative activities

    • Travel, expenses, etc.

  • Assist or drive marketing activities

    • Tradeshows, social media, lead generation, other


  • Required: Experience working in smaller organization / startup
  • Required: Experience with similar administrative / Office manager position
  • Experience with Trinet and similar HR tools
  • Required: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Experience with or desire to learn basic marketing functions
  • Required: Flexible, independent, self motivated person.
